Being a runner, trail runner, road & mountain biker, and overall fitness enthusiast, he's got some great personal experience and knowledge when it comes to sport training. He's really helped me on the mental side of things. Helping me find those triggers that have slowed me down in the past so I can get the most out of my training.

It has been my pleasure to have been working with Sean since 2009 in a coaching/mentoring capacity. Sean has helped me in so many facets of my life it is hard to know where to begin. The easiest place is from the foundations. Sean is constantly digging down to the very essence of why I do what I do. It’s this focus on the “why” that has been so instrumental in being able to build life decisions upon, and eventually move forward with passion and conviction.
Sean had a huge part to play in a significant career shift I took last year. He played a monumental role in being my rock while my bearings were out of whack, and I’ll always appreciate that more than he knows.
Sean, gives 100% of his energy and focus when it’s coaching time. Subsequently we’ve become close friends, but I very much respect his ability to keep his coaching position and professionalism at the forefront during our sessions.
Sean is as REAL and grassroots as they come. He’s no fluff and prepared to call you out when he’s senses it. If you’re looking to ground yourself, so that you can move forward on an even keel I truly couldn’t think of a better coach for such a task.
Thank you Sean!

Thanks for your help last year with setting goals! I probably wouldn't have completed my PhD in time without your help.
